Hi!!
Today I am feeling a little better. My cold seems to have gone from my head to my chest. I have a cough now but am still feeling better than before. Thank you pharmacist Stephanie for giving me the generic name of DayQuill so I could find it in England! Much appreciated! I'm hoping that with some more sleep and liquids I will be done fighting this cold by the weekend. Sadly, the weather looks to be rainy and gross here in London so I'm hoping the forecast is wrong! It won't be fun to see the sights in the rain! :( Mure more to do in London though I suppose so we'll find something to do!
Last night I got the chance to talk to my roommates! It was SO good to talk to them! They're my "other family" and so it was much needed to hear their voices and an update on their life! Also got to talk to my mom for a little over an hour today! Always good to get the update from her on life in the Cymbaluk house :)
School goes by so quickly! Before I know it, it is 3:30 and the kids are leaving! It's so fun to get to teach lessons finally. Charles, my cooperating teacher, is great! Any time I need help or anything, he's ready to help! It's awesome! A cooperating teacher will make your student teaching experience awesome or horrible! And mine has been awesome so far! I'm teaching more lessons next week so that'll be fun!
Got to wear my "Wellies"...aka rain boots today! I've worn them in the snow here but not yet in the rain! And it was raining pretty good this morning when I left for school! Felt like a true Londoner in my cute boots and umbrella :)
Well I better get going! Hope that you are all doing well! I hear MN is finally warming up! Woohoo! Enjoy the heat wave ;)
